Conference Food Supplier Product Form

Fees:

  • $350 – Dry goods / thaw-and-serve items

  • $600 – Items requiring cooking or preparation

  • Additional fees may apply based on recipe complexity, preparation requirements, or extended labor time.

 
 

Product Preparation

Hotel staff will prepare and serve approved products. The hotel will provide garnishes and sauces where applicable.

For the best results, please submit products that:

  • Require minimal preparation

  • Can be prepared consistently by hotel staff

  • Hold well on a buffet line

The success of food functions depends on supplier cooperation and clear preparation instructions.

Product Confirmation & Shipping

Product approvals, recommended quantities, and detailed shipping instructions will be provided approximately one month prior to the conference.
